Talgoxevägen
Along an extension of Talgoxevägen, Lillskär AB plans to build 22 chain houses. Talgoxevägen is located by Vårdkasen's outdoor recreation area with a downhill ski slope, jogging tracks, mountain bike trails and barbecue areas. Skiing in winter and mountain biking in summer. Everything is around the corner.
The project
Talgoxevägen has been extended to accommodate new housing. The company Lillskär AB plans to build 22 chain houses along the road. According to the plan, there will be ten single-storey houses on the lower side of the road and twelve two-storey houses on the upper side. Lillskär plans to rent out the houses as condominiums.
Talgoxevägen is located in the Stenhammar area, by Vårdkasen's outdoor recreation area with a slalom slope, exercise trails with electric lights, hiking trails, mountain bike trails and barbecue areas.
The distance to the center is about 2.5 km and it is close to childcare, schools and shops, as well as to Härnösand Central with train and bus connections. The nearest bus stop is about 200 meters away.

The company Lillskär AB receives a twelve-month land allocation to design and start selling homes on Talgoxevägen.

The detailed plan is amended and allows detached houses on one or two levels as well as terraced and chain houses.
