Utsikten will be located at the highest point of the site and will have a free horizon line of 180 degrees. Contractor in Sundsvall will build Utsikten together with Conecti.
All apartments have large balconies facing southwest, with a lovely view of the sea.
The area
The building will be placed on the free space in the lower part of the picture.
Utsikten is located on Brännan, at the foot of Kapellsberg and next door to the popular Prästjorden residential area.
A few kilometers to the east is the Härnösand Hästsport Arena and a little further out Smitingens havsbad. On the other hand, Willy's grocery store is just a few hundred meters away and at a convenient distance the center with all conceivable services.
