Torsvik
The municipal housing company Härnösandshus is to build two new apartment buildings with a total of 38 apartments in Torsvik, in the center of Härnösand.
The project
In Torsvik, between the existing apartment buildings and McDonalds, Härnösandshus will build two five-story buildings with a total of 38 rental apartments. The apartments will have 2, 3 and 4 rooms and a kitchen.
The buildings will have an elevated ground floor, solar panels on the roof and glazed balconies facing a screened courtyard.
Construction is expected to start in the fall of 2024.

Torsvik is located right in the middle of the city with walking distance to the city center and the square, Härnösand Central and many other services. The homes are also directly adjacent to a large green area right next to Nattviken.
