Murberget
On the mainland in Härnösand is Murberget, where visitors can experience parts of Västernorrland's history, both inside and outside Västernorrlands Museum. Follow the trail of folklore through scenic forest or discover burial cairns from the Bronze Age.

Västernorrlands Museum
Murberget open-air museum is a concentrate of northern history. There is a modern museum building with exhibitions, shop and café, as well as an open-air museum with houses and environments from the 19th and 20th centuries.
