At Kanaludden, HSB has built a six-story building with a total of 21 apartments.
The project
HSB has built a six-storey building with a total of 21 apartments with a high standard of interior design, balconies and an elevator. The apartments are 2-4 rooms and kitchen, 62-124 square meters.
The building is only 75 meters from Södra sundet and all apartments have a sea view.

The house is just a few minutes' walk from the city center, by Kanaludden beach park and Södra sundet. Today there is a swimming pool, boules courts and a jetty with a bathing jetty at the far end. The jetty has both permanent moorings and a guest harbor with a service room in the swimming hall.
The whole area is being developed. Hernö Gin Hotel is being built next to the swimming pool and Kanaludden's beach park will be developed as a leisure and recreation area with a playground and other activities, barbecue areas and greenery.
