The project
HSB has built a six-storey building with a total of 21 apartments with a high standard of interior design, balconies and an elevator. The apartments are 2-4 rooms and kitchen, 62-124 square meters.
The building is only 75 meters from Södra sundet and all apartments have a sea view.

The house is just a few minutes' walk from the city center, by Kanaluddens Strandpark and Södra sundet. Today there is a swimming pool facility, boules courts and a jetty with a bathing jetty at the far end. The jetty has both permanent moorings and a guest harbor with a service room in the pool facility.
The whole area is being developed. Hernö Gin Hotel is being built next to the swimming pool and Kanaluddens Strandpark will be developed as a leisure and recreation area with a playground and other activities, barbecue areas and greenery.
