Lövudden
Lövudden is a new residential area with 16 villa plots and 12 townhouses. The area is located a stone's throw from the sea and with a fine natural and cultural area on the doorstep. There are still some vacant villa plots.
The project
On the new Strandängsvägen at Härnösand's southern entrance there are 16 new villa plots and an area for 12 terraced houses. The 16 villa plots are approximately 900-1,100 square meters in size. It is possible to build single-storey villas of up to 200 square meters plus garages of up to 50 square meters. On some of the plots, it is possible to build a mezzanine floor.
There are still some vacant villa plots. The sale is handled by Mäklarhuset.
The area
The residential area is located a stone's throw from the sea and with a fine natural and cultural area on the doorstep. Here you can combine the best of both worlds, a life close to nature and at the same time cycling distance to central Härnösand. Lövudden has brand new play equipment, barbecue areas, windbreaks and other things to both play with and enjoy.
A historic area
Lövudden Manor was built in the 1850s and southern deciduous trees and several smaller exotic shrubs and herbs were planted in the manor's park.
In 2016, the area was cleared of residual pollution from the sawmill, and the whole area was cleaned up in connection with this. Trees that needed to be removed were replanted, a butterfly meadow was created and bird and bee hives were set up. Signs and other types of design highlight both natural and cultural heritage values.
