Hernö Gin Hotel
Hernö Gin Hotell AB is building a destination hotel with 120 rooms, a conference area, restaurant and bars directly adjacent to Härnösands simhall. The hotel is aimed at both business travelers and private individuals. The hotel is expected to open in february 2025.

The hotel will be built on nine floors in two buildings, one of which is one floor higher than the other. The maximum height according to the detailed plan is 36.5 meters.
The total floor area is 7 413 square meters. The hotel will have 120 rooms, of which 18 are large rooms and suites. An extra large suite is planned on the top floor. There will also be a roof terrace with views of Södra sundet, Nattviken and Härnösand city.
The hotel will have a restaurant, several bars and a conference facility with seven rooms and capacity for up to 225 people.
Relaxation and swimming facilities are located in the adjacent swimming pool and the two properties will be connected underground.
The hotel is designed by architects Krook & Tjäder.
