Solbacksvillorna
Solbacksvillorna is a new residential area in Brännan with 14 chain houses. The area is located in Kolonibacken, a sunny slope at the foot of Kapellsberg. Solbacksvillorna has been built by Westerlind Försäljning in collaboration with Conecti and Skidstahus. In the same area, Conecti is also planning an apartment building called Utsikten.
The project
Solbacksvillorna is located in two lengths with single-storey houses of 102 square meters in one length and two-storey houses of 130 square meters in the other. The houses have open floor plans and south-facing patios.
The area
Solbacksvillorna is located at the foot of Kapellsberg and next door to the popular Prästjorden residential area. The homes are located on a sunny slope where there used to be allotments, hence the name Kolonibacken.
A few kilometers to the east is the Härnösand Hästsport Arena and a little further out Smitingens havsbad. In the other direction is Willy's grocery store just a few hundred meters away and at a convenient distance the center with all conceivable services.
In the same area, Utsikten is planned, an apartment building with a preliminary 22 apartments in sizes from about 75 to 115 square meters.
