Antjärn industrial area
In Antjärn, south of Härnösand, an industrial area of around 60 hectares is planned. The area is located right next to the E4 highway and just a few miles from Torsboda, where several large industrial establishments are planned.
The project
There is a lot going on in Härnösand and throughout Västernorrland County. In Torsboda, a few miles south of Härnösand, several large industrial establishments are planned, and in Härnösand several new establishments are underway at the same time as existing businesses are being developed. In the rest of the county, several initiatives in the green transition are underway.
There is a great need for planned industrial land and the location in Antjärn, close to both Härnösand and Torsboda, is excellent.
The area in Antjärn is about 60 hectares, of which Mittsverigebanan already owns half of the land and Härnösand municipality has bought the other half.
The area
The area is located right next to the E4, at the exit towards Häggdånger's church and adjacent to the Mittsverigebanan. The track was inaugurated in 1997 and is 1980 meters long and with a level difference of 27 meters.
