Infrastructure

  1. Nybron

    Nybron is one of two bridges connecting Härnön to the mainland. The current bridge was inaugurated in 1937 and needs to be replaced by a new one. The construction will last from 2024 to 2026.

  2. Pedestrian and cycle path to Smitingen

    A new, safe pedestrian and cycle path will be built to Smitingen. The project will be completed in spring 2026.

  3. Utsprångskajen

    Utsprångskajen is located at Skeppsbron, in central Härnösand. In 2025-2027, the quay will be renovated into a modern quay that can complement the deep harbor and accommodate smaller vessels. At the same time, the quay itself can become a meeting...
