Härnö Trail Kidz
Härnö Trail Kidz is an adventure course for both children and adults. The course is a few hundred meters long in a cozy spruce forest and on open rocks and consists of 13 different adventures.
Adventure course for children
Each adventure on the adventure course is named after a place along the Härnö Trail and there is also a small mission linked to each adventure. The course is about balance, mobility and cleverness.
The adventure course is located next to the start and finish area at the top of Vårdkasen, about 10 minutes from the center of Härnösand. Härnö Trail Kidz is designed for children aged two and up, and adults can also play and have fun on the obstacle course!

Vårdkasen has various trails and exercise tracks, a downhill ski slope, a nature reserve, a shelter with a barbecue area, a viewing tower, a restaurant and a café. Vårdkasberget is worth a visit at any time of year.

Härnösand is close to most things, so cycling is a good way to get around. There are plenty of scenic environments to cycle in. You can also go mountain biking or do tricks in the BMX and skate park.

There are always interesting exhibitions at Västernorrland Museum. Among the permanent exhibitions are Forntidsresan - Nio tusen år av människors spår and Stora makter - Från 1050-tal till 1680-tal. At the Open Air Museum you can visit many buildings and environments from the past.
Experiences
Join a guided tour of Hemsö Fortress. It was the largest facility of the coastal defense and is the only one preserved of its kind. At a depth of 40 meters, 320 soldiers served. The environment is untouched and preserved, both inside and out. There is also a restaurant with a lovely view.
